As stated in the first article for the GTC Sample Portfolio, we’re keeping our quantitative processes private; but will share the moves we make on an actual portfolio. And please note our risk statement.
Well, I would have liked to have this post out sooner. However, my Motorola Razr “foldable” phone, decided that the “fold” was going to break one half of my screen. Not a phone I would recommend. And since this website requires “Two-Step Verification” through my phone …. to get onto the site and post content? Getting back into the site has proven a little challenging.
I was able to get this posted in the Member Area yesterday, as that is a completely different site.
So, we’re a little late. But yesterday we sold an SPY Jun 21 475 / 547 strangle for 1.97. A GTC order is in to close down the position at 50% of the maximum profit potential. Remember we still hold SPY outright shares as well, from the previously stated position.
We also sold a TLT 95 Call yesterday. The IVR is so low and on the floor, that we barely made anything on it. Just 0.15. This is nearly a covered position, against the outright shares we still hold of TLT.
We may have some more option trades coming up so stay tuned …
