As we mentioned in the Twitter / X stream, we closed down the TLT strangle earlier in the day for a small small profit.
So at this point, all the Sample Portfolio still has is the longer-term holds, the small SPY ratio spread that benefits in a down market, and the SH position; which was up nicely on the day. It looks like the GTC Sample Portfolio ended up in April of 2024 with +0.18%, versus the S&P 500 Index -4.16%.
More than anything else, we want to see what comes out of FOMC moving forward
